This account is subject to Federal Reserve Regulation D which permits no more than six (6) telephone transfers or preauthorized withdrawals (including overdraft protection and Internet Banking transfers) during any statement period. Of the six (6) withdrawals, no more than three (3) may be by check, draft, debit card or similar order (including point-of-sale (POS) transactions) made by the depositor and payable to third parties. Transfers and withdrawals made in person, by messenger, mail or at an ATM are unlimited.
